
HR MANAGER
Charaas Meat and Foods is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage HR functions across our Corporate Office, Retail Outlets, and Production Units. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic HR knowledge, and hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, interviews, selection, onboarding, and talent pipeline.
Develop effective recruitment strategies for Corporate, Retail, and Production roles.
Coordinate with consultants, recruitment agencies, and job portals.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, joining documentation, probation, and confirmation.
Oversee attendance, leave, shift management, HR records, HRIS, and employee documentation.
Coordinate monthly payroll with Accounts and verify attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and statutory requirements.
Handle salary revisions, promotions, increments, and manpower cost planning.
Develop and monitor KPIs/KRAs and support performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and employee development.
Drive employee engagement, positive workplace culture, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
Handle disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts, domestic enquiries, and industrial relations.
Identify training needs and organize technical, behavioural, and leadership development programs.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports covering recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, turnover, and manpower status.
Present HR dashboards and actionable insights to management.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the HR team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / MSW / MHRM or equivalent in Human Resources.
Minimum 14 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior HR team management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Final salary will be based on experience, interview performance, technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and overall suitability.
