Job Title: NPD Engineer

Job Summary

Develop and support new products from design to production while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new products based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings and documents.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams.
  • Support product trials and process improvements.
  • Ensure products meet quality and customer standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

  • BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in New Product Development (NPD) in a manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing processes.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
