About the Role

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Explain product features, materials, quality, pricing, warranty, and ongoing offers.
  • Generate sales and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support daily showroom operations and other assigned responsibilities.

Educational Qualification

  • HSC / Diploma / Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in furniture, retail, consumer durables, electronics, lifestyle, or home furnishing sales will be preferred.
