Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, site activities, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and submit project status reports, including updates on milestones, progress, and potential risks to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget and schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution and site management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of the National Building Code (NBC) of India, safety regulations, and construction standards.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
