Preventive Maintenance of Cutting, Stitching, Injection Phylon, Rubber Bottom and Stockfitting machine & Breakdown activates and report to Management
Maintenance with Appropriate tools for maintenance activity
Follow up with Superior and changes the machine setting as per PFC issued by the engineering team
Full fill the Production requirement which is related to machines
Implementing the Kaizen, Safety practices, changes as per customer recommendation
Monitoring the TPM Machine Maintenance area 5’S standard and stock monitor on regular basis
Trouble shooting and analysing the breakdown and preventive measure to be taken
Focusing the functioning of Safety devices follow up for High-Risk Machine
