Description

A Video Editor is responsible for transforming raw video footage into engaging, high-quality videos that align with the company's branding and communication goals. They work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to produce promotional, educational, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw video footage into professional, high-quality videos.
  • Create promotional videos, advertisements, product demos, and corporate videos.
  • Edit reels, shorts, and social media videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Add transitions, visual effects, motion graphics, text animations, and subtitles.
  • Enhance videos with background music, sound effects, and color correction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative video concepts.
  • Ensure all videos follow the company's branding guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage and organize video files, project assets, and editing timelines.
  • Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Understanding of color grading, audio editing, and video compression.
  • Creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media video formats and platform requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
