Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities and promote our products and services. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, increasing sales, supporting promotional activities, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new customers and business opportunities.
  • Visit customers, shops, businesses, and other potential clients as required.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on marketing activities and customer visits.
  • Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
  • Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in FMCG, Meat & Poultry, Food, Retail, or Hospitality industries will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance, based on experience and performance.
