Description

  • Inspect incoming raw materials, bought-out components, and in-process parts as per quality standards.
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct final inspection of finished products before dispatch.
  • Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
  • Identify non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with Production and Purchase teams.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection procedures, and company policies.
  • Support internal and external quality audits.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor and improve product quality to reduce defects and rework.
