  • Production Planning:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Design and execute daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules to meet order deadlines.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Operations Oversight:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Manage shop-floor workflow, optimize machine use, and resolve production delays quickly.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Quality & Safety:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Enforce factory safety rules (such as OSHA guidelines) and ensure products pass quality standards.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Team Leadership:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Supervise factory workers, assign daily shifts, and coordinate skill-training programs.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Cost Control:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Monitor material waste, track operational budgets, and implement lean manufacturing method
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
