Position Summary

We are looking for passionate Mathematics educators who can inspire students, simplify complex concepts, and create a joyful learning environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching

• Teach CBSE Mathematics for Grades 6 to 12.

• Deliver engaging classroom sessions using Vasantham's teaching methodology.

• Simplify difficult mathematical concepts with real-life examples.

• Ensure syllabus completion within the academic schedule.

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.

Student Development

• Track every student's academic progress.

• Identify slow learners and provide remedial coaching.

• Motivate students to overcome Mathematics anxiety.

• Build confidence and improve problem-solving skills.

• Guide students towards academic excellence.

Assessment

• Prepare worksheets, assignments, and practice papers.

• Conduct periodic tests as per institute schedule.

• Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain student performance records.

Parent Communication

• Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings.

• Share student progress reports.

• Suggest improvement strategies for parents and students.

Academic Support

• Prepare study materials, notes, and question banks.

• Contribute to content creation for digital learning platforms.

• Participate in faculty training and academic workshops.

• Support curriculum enhancement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Mathematics (Preferred)

• B.Ed. is an added advantage

• Freshers with exceptional Mathematics skills may also apply

• Prior teaching experience in CBSE schools or coaching institutes is preferred

Working Hours

• Six working days per week

• Evening and weekend classes as per batch schedule

• Participation in tests, parent meetings, and faculty development programs
