Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines as per work instructions.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Load raw materials and unload finished components.
Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments when required.
Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
Ensure products meet quality specifications and report any defects.
Record production details, machine downtime, and rejection data.
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
Replace cutting tools and maintain proper tooling conditions.
Follow production schedules to achieve daily output targets.
Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the work area.
Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Required Qualifications

Experience

1–3 years of experience operating CNC Turning or CNC VMC machines.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered for trainee positions.
