We are offering your students CNC & VMC machine operation to operate and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC and VMC machines efficiently and safely
Set up machines, load tools, and select proper programs
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and accuracy
Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Make tool offsets and minor program edits as required
Maintain production records and quality documentation
Follow safety, quality, and company standards
