Key Responsibilities

Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments before production starts.
Monitor machine performance during production and ensure uninterrupted operation.
Produce products according to the required quantity and quality standards.
Conduct routine machine inspections and report any abnormalities or breakdowns immediately.
Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment.
Minimize machine downtime, wastage, and product rejection.
Maintain accurate production records, downtime reports, and shift logbooks.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Comply with all company safety regulations and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality Control, and Production teams to resolve production issues.
Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area (5S practices).
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.
