Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and maintain telecom network equipment.
  • Visit field sites to inspect and ensure network availability.
  • Troubleshoot network faults, routers, switches, and fiber issues.
  • Execute work orders issued by the Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • Perform acceptance testing and quality checks for new installations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for deployment activities.
  • Conduct site surveys and support network expansion projects.
  • Upgrade network capacity and replace faulty hardware when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation, material tracking, and reporting.
