Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production plans and work instructions.
Set up machine parameters, cutting programs, and materials for laser cutting operations.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, nesting layouts, and CNC programs.
Select appropriate cutting parameters based on material type and thickness.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accurate cutting quality.
Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, edge quality, and compliance with specifications.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, measuring tapes, and gauges.
Remove slag, burrs, or sharp edges from components when required.
Perform routine cleaning, lens/nozzle inspection, and basic preventive maintenance.
Replace consumables such as nozzles, lenses, and protective glass as needed.
Report machine faults, quality issues, and production delays to the supervisor.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and inspection reports.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of laser equipment, gases, and PPE.
Maintain workplace cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards.
