Description

Assembly & Manufacturing

  • Assemble bowl feeders, hoppers, conveyors, and automation machines.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Perform drilling, tapping, fitting, and mechanical assembly.
  • Assemble pneumatic cylinders, valves, sensors, and linear guide systems.
  • Ensure proper alignment of machine components.

Testing & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct machine trial runs.
  • Identify and rectify assembly issues.
  • Support machine debugging and optimization.
  • Ensure smooth operation before dispatch.
