Job Summary

VR ENERGY & TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell residential, commercial, and industrial solar power solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings and understand their energy requirements.
  • Explain the benefits, technical features, and financial advantages of solar power systems.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with the design and technical teams for site surveys and project feasibility.
  • Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on government solar schemes, subsidies, and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events, and awareness campaigns.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in solar, electrical, construction, or B2B/B2C sales will be preferred.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Solar EPC or Renewable Energy Sales.
  • Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and government subsidy programs.
  • Experience handling commercial and industrial clients is an added advantage.
