Job Description:

Provide technical support to customers through voice, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and operating system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, application, and connectivity problems.
Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and basic networking issues.
Handle Active Directory user account management, password resets, and permissions.
Create, update, and resolve support tickets using a ticketing system.
Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Provide remote support to international clients while maintaining excellent customer service.
Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service records.
Follow SLAs and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Work effectively in US night shifts and collaborate with global teams.
Maintain data security and follow company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Technical Support.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Experience supporting US/International clients is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, DNS, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and Ticketing Tools.
Knowledge of remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Willingness to work US Night Shift.
