  • Installation & Commissioning:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Visit client sites to install, set up, and test products according to company guidelines.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Servicing & Troubleshooting:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Diagnose technical issues, perform repairs, and carry out preventive maintenance.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Customer Support:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Educate clients on proper product usage, address complaints promptly, and build positive relationships.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Reporting:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Maintain accurate logs of service visits, repair reports, and secure customer sign-offs after task completion.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

Candidate Requirements<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

  • Education:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics (or relevant technical background).<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Experience:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> 0 to 3 years of field service or maintenance experience (Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome).<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Skills:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Good problem-solving abilities, basic computer literacy, and strong local communication skills (Tamil & English).<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Travel Requirement:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Must be willing to travel extensively to client locations on short notice; a valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
