Description

To lead and manage metallurgical acƟviƟes across raw material inspecƟon, forging, heat treatment, 
metallurgical laboratory, and failure analysis. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IATF 
16949 requirements, AIAG Core Tools, and applicable industry standards while driving continous 
improvement in product quality, process capability, and customer saƟsfacƟon.

QualificaƟons  B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Engineering.  12+ years of experience in forging and machining, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.  Proven track record of successful new product launches in automoƟve, aerospace, or industrial sectors.  Familiarity with forging processes, metallurgical properƟes, and heat treatment.  Experience with closed-die forging; exposure to open-die forging is an added advantage
