Description

Position: Insurance Advisor

Location: Chennai (Work from Home / Hybrid / Office, depending on company policy)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Advisors. The role involves understanding customers' financial needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and providing excellent service before and after policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective customers.
Understand clients' financial goals and insurance requirements.
Recommend suitable life insurance products.
Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium options.
Assist customers with proposal forms and documentation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Provide after-sales support, including policy servicing, renewals, and claim assistance.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
Attend training programs and stay updated on new products and industry regulations.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Any Degree (as per company eligibility).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet usage.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
