ey Responsibilities

Visit prospective and existing customers to promote the company's products and services.
Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations whenever required.
Follow up with customer enquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report market trends to the management.
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets assigned by the company.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities using company formats or CRM software.
Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and marketing skills through company training programs.

Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical / MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Any Bachelor's Degree
Freshers are welcome to apply if they possess the required qualification.
Candidates with prior experience in industrial equipment sales or marketing will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Basic English communication skills; knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and active vehicle insurance.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
