Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, sales coordination, and building a pipeline of management trainees/interns. The role combines individual sales responsibility with team enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for insurance, loans, and investment products.
Recruit and onboard management trainees/interns as per company requirements.
Coordinate and guide trainees/interns during sales activities and joint customer calls.
Ensure sales closure through self-efforts and team support.
Maintain basic reporting on leads, conversions, and trainee performance.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Targets & Performance
Individual sales targets as assigned.
Team-based targets through trainees/interns.
Performance-linked incentives based on results.
