• Operating machinery and assembling plastic components.
• Adhere to the company SOPs and processes to ensure quality and meet production
targets.
• Mechanical aptitude: Understanding basic mechanics and how to operate
machinery.
• Hand-Eye coordination: Precisely handling parts and tools for assembly.
• Attention to detail: Identifying minor defects in plastic parts and assemblies.
• Understanding of quality standards and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of quality management systems (QMS).
• Learn and apply ISO, IATF, 3C&5S, and other compliance frameworks relevant
to the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean initiatives).
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPEs.
