About Us: We are a civil development team specializing in building steel structures for resorts and homestays, blending modern fabrication techniques with nature-integrated design. Our projects are often located in remote and scenic locations, and we're looking for hands-on, curious builders who enjoy working outdoors and solving problems on-site.

About the Role: We are hiring a Fabrication Welder to work on the metal framework and structural fabrication of steel buildings. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, experiment with new construction techniques, and is comfortable working in remote, off-grid locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and weld metal frames and structural components for steel buildings
  • Read and interpret basic structural drawings/sketches for on-site fabrication
  • Work with steel, MS pipes, angles, and other fabrication materials
  • Assist in on-site assembly and erection of A-Frame structures
  • Collaborate with the civil and carpentry teams for structural alignment and finishing
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe handling of tools and machinery
  • Travel to and stay at remote project sites as required
  • Adapt to new techniques and contribute ideas for improving fabrication processes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in fabrication/welding (ITI certification preferred but not mandatory)
  • Freshers with strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of arc welding, gas welding, or MIG/MAG welding
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights
  • Willingness to travel and stay in remote/rural locations for project duration
  • Problem-solving attitude and openness to experimenting with new construction methods
  • Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team in a construction site environment

  • Comfortable with uncertainty and adaptable to changing site conditions
