Description

Technical Maintenance & Repair<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

  • Diagnose mechanical faults<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> by analyzing machine vibrations, noises, and output inaccuracies.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Dismantle and overhaul<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> worn machine sub-assemblies, including gearboxes, headstocks, lead screws, and tailstocks.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Scrape and align machine guideways<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> (V-ways and flat ways) to restore factory geometrical tolerances.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->, relays, switches, and single/three-phase motors.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Repair fluid power systems<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->, focusing on hydraulic pumps, valves, and pneumatic lubrication systems.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

  • Calibrate machine geometry<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> using dial indicators, test mandrels, and precision spirit levels to ensure machining accuracy.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
  • Manage on-site installations<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> and level new machinery foundations.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
