Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect outstanding payments from customers.
  • Follow up with customers for due and overdue payments.
  • Visit customers for payment collection.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Teams.
  • Maintain daily collection and follow-up records.
  • Submit collected cash/cheques to the company on time.
  • Update payment details and customer commitments.
  • Report delayed payments and collection issues to the Manager.
  • Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
