If you are looking for precision-machined, high quality metal parts, you have arrived at your destination. SEP India Private Limited, is a world class, ISO 9000 and TS 16949 certified manufacturer of machined metal components for Automotive, Medical, Fluid Delivery and Metering systems.

Established in 1991, SEP now has 150 employees in two plants totaling ~30,000 square feet with ~70 machines.

SEP was founded and continues to be led by Mr. Mohan (Mechanical engineer) & Mr. Ganesh (Electrical & Electronics Engineer) to synergize their vast experience in manufacture and supply of automotive components and knowledge of machine tools.
Mr. Ganesh started his career with ABB Ltd (then known as Hindustan Brown Boveri), one of the world’s leading engineering companies in electrical power and industrial efficiency. He became a Sales & Service Engineer for CNC Machines with Kirloskar Electric before founding SEP.
 

MD

Mr. Mohan has held CEO positions in several leading automotive companies, notably as President of Sundaram Fasteners (Rs 3000 crore / $500 million) and Fenner India (Rs 600 crore, $150 million). Mr. Mohan pioneered the entry of sintered, forged & machined components of Sundaram Fasterners into General Motors in 1994. Sundaram Fasteners had won the Best Supplier award from GM several years in a row. He later joined Al Anwar Industrial and Trading Company in Muscat, Oman, where he was responsible for the performance of 6 subsidiary companies as well as identified and set up 2 new companies, a Ceramic Tile Factory and an Investment Casting Foundry. Upon return to India, he set up Indo-US Mimtech, a metal injection molding company before 4 years at Fenner. He took a more active role at SEP since 2004 and has remained current with the industry by engaging in a variety of leadership roles at the regional and national levels of ACMA & CII (Automotive Components Manufacturers Association and Confederation of Indian Industry).
