Food & Accommodation:-


 We Providing Health and Hygienic food at Free of Cost.

 We provide the non- vegetarian food at weekly twice & Egg Provide for One Day.

 We provide separate food for the north Indian employees.

 We provide special menu food during the festival seasons.

 We also provide separate private canteen facilities for the employees.

 We provide RO water (Normal, Cold & Hot) facilities for employee.

Accommodation (Female Hostel):

 We provide good hostel facilities with good environment with full secure system at free of cost.

 We provide separate room facilities with 12 members per room.

 We provide separate rack system for the employees to safe guard their things.

 We provide hot water facilities to employees at winter season.

 We will provide entertainment like films at weekend days based on languages.

 We will celebrate the birthdays for the employees with cake cuttings at hostel.

 We providing nursing facilities for employees.

 We providing doctors visit thrice at month.

 We entertain the employees by playing songs every morning and evening.

 We provide separate rooms for visitors. Working Environment:-

 The workers will work on the general shift basis timing from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.

 The company following the government norms on salary and leave structures.

 The company providing the salary for the employees based on month on basis.

 Provident fund (pf) =24 %( employee contribution 12% & company contribution 12%).

 We providing ESI facilities also.

 Annual bonus will be given at a rate of 8.33%.bonus will be provided for diwali festival. Eligible for bonus is 90 days completed at the year.

 Candidates showing 100% attendance (26 working days in one month) will be rewarded RS.500 and 292 working days in one year & also paid vacation leave salary of 15 days along with to & fro sleeper class train ticket &this amount will be provided after the arrival of vacation leave.

 Incentives will be given based on their performance.

Over Time Policy

 We providing work for only Working Hours. No One allowed for Doing over Time for Workers. Leave policy

 We providing leave for 15 days at Yearly once with Salary pay and also if they return in particular days and also providing train tickets Fare for employees.

 Employees want to confirm their leave schedule before one month at HR office.
