JOB DESCRIPTION
• To plan Architectural & MEP project deliverables, ensure quality and schedules as per Company standards
• To lead Draughtsman team of Arch & MEP team in delivering projects to the Head office and ensure all team members are appropriately represented.
• To support in preparing Architectural, Joinery, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire alarm, Firefighting shop drawings for mall/authority submission
• To demonstrate in-depth expertise during Head office Design manager interaction (English verbal and written skills) to ensure smooth flow of technical and project information.
• Multitasking with the ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and projects. Flexible and open to multiple shifts. Familiarity with and experience of working in all disciplines of Architectural, Joinery & MEP & F.
• Should have good understanding of MEP & F Design Development.
• Should be proficient in MEP Services of Interior fit-out industry. Mainly in Retail shops, F&B restaurants, Coffee shops, Hospitals, Villas etc., projects.
• Should have worked on AutoCAD in 2D Modelling, Detailing of Drawing.
• Should able to Design HVAC with Heat load calculation
• Should have previous experience in leading Architectural, Joinery & MEP teams.
• Should have done Co-ordination with Head office Design Team.
• Should have knowledge in ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC & UPC and NFPA Standards.
• Ability to adapt international construction technology and quality standards.
• To work with enthusiasm, focus to deliver error-free, and quality controlled deliverables
