Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
Build relationships with potential clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients to win new business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Languages preferred English, Tamil & Other regional languages ll be an added advantage.
Female candidate preferred.
