Business Development – General Requirements

 

  1. Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals.
  2. Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales.
  3. Ability to give attention to safety issues.
  4. Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality.
  5. Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily.
  6. Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territories effectively.
  7. Strong product knowledge, client relation, and presentation skills
  8. Highly self-motivated, with one year of computer service experience
  9. Resolute, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time.
  10. Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
  11. Strong technical abilities, with PC and Internet usage experience
  12. Ability and willing to work on weekend and even on holidays.
  13. Ability to learn the art of professional greeting and attracting passive consumers, as well as show passion to follow-up calls and sales activities.
  14. Draws energy from closing deals.
  15. Is positive and works every day with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  16. Thrives in a fast paced, team environment.

Business Development Executive – Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs, promote products and make sales.
  2. Generating leads and converting new customers. Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales outlets.
  3. Promoting our products.
  4. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  5. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  6. Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  7. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  8. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  9. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  10. Understanding and promoting company programs.
  11. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  12. Obtaining product related reviews and survey reports.
  13. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  14. Maintaining client records. Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer base and develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers plus an intimate knowledge of each account.
  15. Provide daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.
