Description

  • Make Outbound calls and ensures customer needs are met in a timely way.
  • Builds trust and confidence of the customer by delivering on commitments made
  • Talks about the organisation in a constructive and positive way when interacting with internal and external customers
  • Ensures a positive first impression to customers
  • Ability to learn about products and explain them to customers.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
