Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading materials and entering program instructions.
  • Monitor the operation of CNC machines during production, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning and lubricating components, and replacing worn parts.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during production, such as programming errors or mechanical problems.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the requirements of the job.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
