We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Engineers / Marketing Executive to join our team in Chennai  

The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Male candidate with Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation or a related fields can apply
2. Freshers can also apply, Preference will be given to 1-2 years proven experience in marketing field.
3. Must have their own two wheeler & valid driving license with all its statutory documents.
4. Willingness to travel extensively to directly meet the clients individually or with teammates
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, also with a focus on digital marketing.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
8. Willingness to work well both independently and as part of a team.
9. To be able to start from 1st June 2024.

Responsibilities:

1. To participate in Exhibitions, Road Shows, Product Demonstration & Training Activities
2. Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and telecalling to reach and engage with potential clients.
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive client leads for our trading division.
4. Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content, to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
7. Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
8. Stay informed about developments in the product industry and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Salary Package:

3 Months Probation period with INR 12000/- as Monthly pay

After successful completion of Probation period INR 15000/- to INR 18000/- as Monthly pay

Eligibility on commission structures & added perks after completion of 2 years of employment
