Description

A laser machine operator's responsibilities include: 

  • Reading blueprints: Reading and understanding blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Planning: Planning operation sequences
  • Assembling: Assembling final products
  • Following regulations: Following all GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations
  • Keeping clean: Keeping the area organized and clean
  • Setting up and operating: Setting up, maintaining, and operating a CNC machine
  • Loading materials: Loading materials into the CNC system
  • Cutting: Using the CNC laser to cut and produce metal and plastic parts
  • Preparing products: Preparing products for shipment
  • Maintaining equipment: Maintaining and repairing equipment
