Required Qualifications & Experience

Diploma Or ITI in Electrical Stream.
Work experience of 3-6 years in Industrial Gas Burners and Combustion Systems, preferably in the Furnace \ Boiler Manufacturing sector or Working Experience in Heat Treatment or Forging or Utilities Departments.
Ability to Read and Understand Electrical Drawings
Decent Written and communication Skill in English ( Knowledge of Hindi is preferrable)

Key Responsibilities:

To Visit the Existing Customers periodically & inspect their Equipments for Safer and Efficient operation.
To Plan the Service visits as per the given Schedule.
During Visit – Check our products for the proper working condition and suggest the required spares list to customer, if required.
Check the available Spares with the customers & ensure mandatory,critical spares are available in their stock for trouble free operation.
Explain the new features in the products and suggest the upgrades if required.
To study and expand the knowledge about competitors’ products and suggest equivalent models to customers whenever required.
Should be able to improve the product knowledge of all our existing Products by studying the Technical catalogues on regular basis.
