Coordinate with the creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure the client’s vision is delivered.
Ensure smooth communication between client and internal stakeholders.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on event industry trends, competitors' offerings, and pricing strategies.
Suggest new sales strategies based on market demands and trends.
8. Sales Reporting & CRM Maintenance
Maintain up-to-date client and sales activity records in CRM.
Provide regular reports on sales targets, client feedback, and pipeline status.
9. Event Attendance & Networking
Attend industry events, expos, and networking forums to represent the company and generate leads.
Follow up with attendees and leads post-event.
