Position: Production and Quality Incharge (Fabrication)

Number of openings: 1

Reporting: To the Works Manager

Location: At our Works at Gudapakkam, Chennai

Qualification requirements: Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech - Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.

Min and Max experience: Between 4 and 6 Years, in relevant fields.

Professional requirements:

Roles and responsibilities:

To conduct incoming raw material inspection, inprocess quality checks and Final quality check.
To engage with the customer during Factory inspection and successfully clear the factory inspection to obtain dispatch clearance from the customer.
To give clearance for dispatch to our Stores, upon completion of all QC related works.
To help the Technician understand the drawing and guide them in their daily work, for defect free production.
To check and maintain all measuring equipment including Calibration and their working condition.
To document all works done at your end in relevant formats as prescribed in our ISO system, as an XLS file and in hard copy.
To plan Production on the Shop floor inline with the schedule provided by the Works Manager and the Management from time to time.
To provide production related inputs to the Management from time to time, in a prescribed format.
To visit Vendors, if required to follow up on material delivery from their end.
To provide appropriate training to the Shop floor personnel from time to time, based on their work profile and skill requirement.

Consolidated Salary offered: Maximum of Rs. 32,000/- per month.

Candidate preference: Male candidates are preferred, located in and around Tiruvallur town.
