Position: CNC / VMC Operator
Department: Machine Shop / Production
Location: Vandewiele Savio India Private Limited
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Any relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC or VMC machines as per work instructions
Load and unload workpieces on machines
Set tools and inspect parts using measuring instruments
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety rules
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC machine operations
Ability to read technical drawings (preferred)
Familiar with measuring instruments like vernier, micrometer

கருவிகளை அமைத்து, அளவீட்டு கருவிகள் மூலம் பாகங்களை பரிசோதனை செய்தல்
உற்பத்தி இலக்குகளையும் தரத்தையும் பின்பற்றுதல்
மெஷினை சுத்தமாக வைத்தல் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு விதிகளை பின்பற்றுதல்
தேவைப்படும் திறன்கள்:
CNC / VMC இயந்திரங்களை இயக்கும் அடிப்படை அறிவு
தொழில்நுட்ப வரைபடங்களை வாசிக்கத் தெரிந்து இருக்க வேண்டும் (முன்னுரிமை)
வெர்னியர், மைக்ரோமீட்டர் போன்ற அளவீட்டு கருவிகள் தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்
