Position: HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) Operator
Department: Machine Shop / Production
Location:Vandewiele Savio India Private limited
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operate HMC machine as per job requirements
Load and unload components in fixtures
Set tools and run programs as per drawing
Inspect parts using vernier, micrometer, height gauge etc.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety protocols
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of HMC machine operation
Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred)
Familiarity with measuring instruments
Awareness of safety and quality standards

வெர்னியர், மைக்ரோமீட்டர், ஹைட் கேஜ் போன்ற அளவீட்டு கருவிகளை பயன்படுத்தி பாகங்களை சரிபார்த்தல்
மெஷினை சுத்தமாக வைத்தல் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு விதிகளை பின்பற்றுதல்

HMC இயந்திரம் இயக்கும் அடிப்படை அறிவு
இன்ஜினியரிங் வரைபடங்களை வாசிக்கத் தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும் (முன்னுரிமை)
அளவீட்டு கருவிகள் பற்றிய அனுபவம்
பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தர நெறிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றும் திறன்
