Position: VMC / HMC / CNC Turning Operator
Department: Machine Shop / Production
Location: Vandewiele Savio India Private limited
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operate VMC, HMC, or CNC Turning machines as per job instructions
Load and unload components safely into fixtures or chucks
Set tools and run programs according to the drawing
Measure components using instruments like vernier, micrometer, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards in the machine area
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of VMC / HMC / Turning machine operation
Ability to read engineering/fabrication drawings (preferred)
Familiarity with measuring tools
Focus on quality and machine safety

வெர்னியர், மைக்ரோமீட்டர் போன்ற கருவிகள் மூலம் பாகங்களை அளவிடுதல்
மெஷின் பகுதிகளை சுத்தமாக வைத்தல் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு விதிகளை பின்பற்றுதல்
தேவைப்படும் திறன்கள்:
VMC / HMC / டர்னிங் இயந்திரங்களை இயக்கும் அடிப்படை அறிவு
தொழில்நுட்ப வரைபடங்களை வாசிக்கத் தெரிந்து இருக்க வேண்டும் (முன்னுரிமை)
அளவீட்டு கருவிகளை கையாளும் திறன்
