Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to operate and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts and components according to specifications.
2. Part Production: Produce precision parts and components to exact specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.
3. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and tool changes, to ensure machine efficiency and longevity.
4. Quality Control: Inspect parts and components for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
5. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot machine issues, identifying and resolving problems to minimize downtime.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, including part quantities, machine hours, and any issues or defects.
