Job Title: NPD Quality Engineer
Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled NPD Quality Engineer to ensure quality and reliability in our new product development process. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality processes, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans for new product development projects.
2. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate quality risks through Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other risk assessment tools.
3. Design Review: Participate in design reviews to ensure quality and reliability considerations are integrated into product design.
4. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate product quality and reliability.
5. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure quality and reliability.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
