Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Set up VMC machines with correct tools and fixtures.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Do tool offsets and minor program changes if required.
  • Check first piece and ensure parts meet quality standards.
  • Guide operators for smooth production.
  • Maintain production records and daily reports.
  • Follow safety rules and keep the machine/work area clean.

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist trade (preferred).
  • 2 - 4 years of experience operating CNC/VMC machines.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
  • Basic knowledge of tooling and offsets.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
