This role to deliver the supplier performance quality improvements, parts development mostly precision mechanical parts and pressure vessel parts, Supplier process/parts audit, be an enabler to promote latest inspection techniques, testing. This role has 80% travel to supplier place.
Review specifications and compliance documents to make sure vendors understand and agree to the required standards before production begins.
Perform regular quality inspections and tests on incoming materials and completed products at the vendor’s premises (often including third-party onsite inspections for remote suppliers).
Monitor vendor performance throughout the contract or order cycle, addressing deviations and ensuring continued alignment with quality benchmarks.
Manage documentation for inspections, approvals, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance for traceability and audits.
