Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC as applicable).
Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions.
Load raw materials and tools, and ensure proper alignment and clamping.
Perform offsets, tool changes, and minor program edits when required.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
Record production data and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
