Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machines, and utilities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in production machinery, CNCs, PLCs, motors, and drives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during maintenance activities.
Maintain breakdown history, logbooks, and update maintenance schedules in coordination with production.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and improve machine uptime.
Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and modifications.
Train operators and junior staff on basic machine care and electrical safety.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, In-depth knowledge of CNC/VMC systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) and industrial machinery.
Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance, and TPM practices.
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is an advantage.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
Hydraulic & pneumatic system understanding
PLC basics and diagnostic ability
TPM/5S/Kaizen knowledge preferred

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (with electrical focus).
2–6 years of experience in maintenance of industrial machines and electrical systems (manufacturing sector preferred).
