Inspect parts and components on the production line as per quality standards.
Perform visual inspection, dimensional checks, and basic measurements using micrometer, vernier caliper, gauges, etc.
Identify defects and non-conformities and report to the Quality Engineer/Supervisor.
Ensure adherence to work instructions, control plans, and inspection checklists.
Document inspection findings, prepare reports, and maintain records.
Support in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
Coordinate with production team to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Ensure rejection, rework, and acceptance criteria are followed properly.
Maintain 5S and safety standards at the workstation
