Technical Requirements:

Hands-on experience in CNC Turning Machines (2-Axis / 3-Axis / Twin Spindle / Live Tooling).
Proficiency with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers.
Strong abilities in tool setting, offset setting, work coordinate setting, and identifying machining deviations.
Solid knowledge of G & M Codes, advanced machining cycles, threading cycles, radius/contour machining, etc.
Experience in machining close-tolerance precision components (micron-level accuracy).
Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and surface finish symbols.
Exposure to machining aerospace-grade materials like Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, etc., is an advantage.
CNC Programmers should have experience in manual programming or CAM programming (Mastercam / Fusion 360 / UG NX).

Location:

Kalapatti (Near SITRA), Coimbatore

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma Machinist / Turner / Mechanical / Production or equivalent.

Experience:

Experience in CNC Turning Operations / Setting / Programming.

Salary & Benefits

*Fresher Gross Salary will be 18,000 - (Take Home 16,000)

*For Experienced Candidates (Salary will be based on Experience & Interview Performance)
